This is a fantastic opportunity located in the heart of downtown Boise!

Job description: Responsible for administrative duties such as greet visitors, answer multi-line phone inquiries, communicating via email, organizing, maintaining office equipment, and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policy.
  • Greet, answer phones, and route and direct calls as necessary
  • Maintains office services, data entry payroll, policies & procedures

Qualifications:

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Outlook, and Excel
  • General knowledge of office machines and procedures
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Good organization and coordination skills to give and receive information accordingly
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while performing various tasks efficiently
